HTF converts skills of players from text to numerical values. Such as, disastrous = 1, wretched = 2, poor = 3 and so on...

Then using weighted averages of these skills, HTF calculates values of players for all positions( F = Forward, WB = Wingback, CD = Central Defense and so on).
