Tactics Advisor forms the best team (first 11 + substitute players), for a choosen formation, from your highest skilled players.
By trying position values of players for different positions, it automatically selects the best line up and also using the previous match data (which has been added using web source copy-paste method), tactical advisor estimates the star ratings of the players for the up coming match., :
You can use default symmetric/asymmetric formations or you can create your custom formations by changing formation details on Custom Formation window and you can fix your players to desired positions and ask for the rest of the team accordingly.
